RSE

Gayton Primary School provides Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) to all year groups within school and also covers health education. RSE is incredibly important as it provides the key building blocks of healthy, respectful relationships, focusing on family and friendships in all contexts including online. With our children growing up in an ever changing society and technologically advanced world, it is incredibly important that our teaching of RSE is consistent throughout all year groups.

We use the Coram Life Education (CLE) to support us in meeting the legal requirements by using the Coram Life Educations's online SCARF teaching resources.

We have consulted with parents regarding our RSE curriculum and below you can find the response to the consultation. You can also find a detailed overview of the coverage of our RSE curriculum.
